By Tiffany Lane Though I am not a health fanatic, this book got me started on thinking how I can improve on my stretching exercises before I do my stationary biking and cross trainer every morning. From within, I've gleaned some useful information about how I should not overtax my muscles while stretching by pausing intermittently and concentrating on working out different parts of the body. It's good to do isolated stretching if you're a beginner and don't want to incur unnecessary injuries. If you're looking for some essential knowledge on this topic, this may stand you in good stead.
