Anderson I wish I had had this small book when living in Manhattan when I think of the interesting bldgs.and history that I passed by in a mindless fashion and the trivia that went with it. It was divided into districts. on a map which made it easier. I would think only a New Yorker past or present could truly appreciate this book.
