If you suspect you are one of them, you need to ask for help. The people, who are most willing to help you no matter what happens, are of course your parents. Here comes the difficult part. Telling your parents can be a very hard task to accomplish. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. This is a great book. By The Chosen One I actually read this book for one of my teen clients who was dealing with Mental Illness and she greatly benefited from this book. Again its simplistic style is to be celebrated, because it makes things easier to understand without all the words that can typically confuse someone. This is a great book.
