When we are trying to lose weight, many of us wouldn’t think about our emotional health. Dieting isn’t just about keeping your weight healthy, it must also be to keep your body and mind healthy.I like this book very much and I am certain most of you will do too. This isn't your typical fitness book that tells you to do this kind of training or eat this kind of food. It's not the ones that list the things you shouldn't do or the foods you need to avoid. It isn't also the kind that has so many exercise routines that only confuses you more as you read it. This fitness book tackles about the proper mindset that you should have so that you will achieve your goals even if the going gets tough. It talks about many things but mainly it centers on the proper mental state a person needs to have so that his/her goal can be achieved.Thank you to the author for writing this book and looking forward to others. Strongly recommend it.
