The author has been working as a gym instructor for many years, and is here to share his experience, thoughts and advice for you. Many examples given in this book make you think and realize you’re simply doing things wrong. He’s on the spot with many questions, and makes you actually question yourself instead. Furthermore, he’s showing you how to make your life a lot easier in the gym. But do mind that this isn’t a get muscled quick guide. The author explains clearly that slow and steady wins the war, this is how you should treat your body as well. Trying to force things may feel good for a short moment, but you’ll pay for it later. Follow the instructions of the former gym instructor and I’m sure you’ll gain many benefits out of it. This book got me totally motivated again to start working out.

Not only is the information in his books unique and told through his own experience, it’s also very HELPFUL! If you have no idea who this author is, I’d highly recommend checking out the easy strength book. He’s sharing 10 tips with you, in a very soothing and yet motivating writing style. I wish more books were like this, the way his books are written makes it so much easier to remember the content. Out of the 10 tips, I can assure you that you’d find at least 9 out of 10 helpful. He will give you new insights and a bigger overview with very simple approaches. Don’t overthink everything you do in life! Get yourself a gym subscription and just enjoy it. There’s no other way staying motivated, if you don’t learn to enjoy spending an hour of your time there. Stop thinking and start living!

The author has been a coach in his past career, and shares this information with you through 10 valuable tips. The opinion that’s given with certain topics can be discussable, but the point of this book is not to give you science facts. The author is sharing his own opinion and thoughts with you, and does it with honest intentions. He even gives out product recommendations without receiving anything for it. Dan C. Wilson is an honest person, I’ve read other books from him and they are all very helpful and valuable. If you’re reading the reviews because you’re not certain whether to buy this book or not, I’m here to tell you that you should give it a try. The writing style might not be appealing to everyone, but all the tips are by honest thoughts. Give it a try..
