Since picking it up, it has helped me fully redefine my habits and way of eating -- It does so also without completely forcing you to drop your ENTIRE way of life, but rather making adjustments to your lifestyle to better your personal health.Pros:+ Easy to understand advice.+ Book leaves clear goals and instructs you on how to reach them.+ Not ungodly long! Usually books of this variety are filled with lots of side nonsense, but this is as concise as it can get.+ You really won't find a better Cholesterol Lowering guide than this.Cons:- I have no complaints. As I said, you couldn't ask for more. Once you've read other books about the same stuff, you'll know why this is the best so far.Thank you Mr. McMillan, this book is definitely recommended to anyone who is thinking about it. :)

I've only started following it, but I definitely feel much better, so that's definitely something! I've only made minor adjustments so far, but starting next week I'll be stepping up my cholesterol game. Pretty excited!If you're looking for a book on cholesterol dieting, that's a little more comprehensive and straight to the point, this one is really worth picking up.
