By Lorraine A bit difficult for the 'layperson' to comprehend, but this is one book you do not need to read cover to cover style. Each chapter takes up a health topic for everyone to identify and affiliate with. The biographical in the beginning of the book is very interesting! Dr. Duffy is a holistic physician who takes pride in treating patients in a natural, nutritional way, and his methods work!
