It gives an insight into understanding the way people with Aspergers think and why they behave the way they do in certain situations. "Life is complicated" is the perfect book title.The explanations and examples are excellent. I feel I have a lot more insight into the daily struggles and challenges.The author is a very nice, positiv and inspiring young man. He speaks openly about his journey.Barry also suffering from ME and to cope with both shows great strength.
