Sisson Do not spend your money on this. Completely and totally basic, recipes are extremely basic and don't actually list the fat, protein or carbs amounts, kind of important! And one of the main components of Keto is to not eat any grains or breads of any kind, the cover picture shows toast and there is a tortilla wrap recipe and burger with bun recipeThe worst part of this little booklet are the massive amounts of grammatical errors and typos, who would publish a book like this? I even found the word "in" typed with the number 1 instead of the letter i - as in "1n" - R1D1CULOUS

I have been interested in the Keto diet for some time now, but didn't really know a lot about it. When I came across this book I was pleasantly surprised. I found a well written and easy to follow book, that went into enough detail to answer all the questions that I had about the Keto diet. It's worth buying!

Lots of people go on Ketogenic diet including celebrities to lose weight and improve overal health. It is a diet that includes foods low in carbs and high in protein and fat. It is a diet incredibly effective to beat diabetis type 2. The thing I liked very much, is that in just few days my body was trained to new food regime and it burned fat fast. The better thing is that I felt more satisfied and energetic.Book starts with what you need to know about Keto diet including ketosis, types of ketogenic diet, health benefits of keto diet, the importance of this diet.. There is a list of foods to be eaten and foods to be avoided while on this diet.Breakfast recipes include broccoli and bacon egg cakes, sausage pie, almond egg muffins.. Lunch recipes include tuna salad, meatloaf..I liked this book because of nice photos that every recipe has.
