About the Author Dolores McDowell is an octogenarian great-grandmother, designer, and entrepreneur from Philadelphia who still enjoys a good joke, a soft pretzel, and a tall, frosty glass of beer. She resides in Denver. Virginia McDowell is a graduate of Temple University, and an award-winning executive in the commercial gaming industry. She helps supply her mother with beer, jokes, and pretzels as needed, and resides in St. Louis with her family.
