Burke I just received my coffee table edition of Diana Ross' Reflections book, by Ian Phillips. The front cover is captivating, and shows me that this woman is a true beauty! To still be in the spot light after all these years is amazing! Her focus on her fans leaves us speechless. I am so happy that a true fan like Ian Phillips has focused on Diana's music and career, and not her personal life. Her personal life is hers alone, and nobody should touch that. I love the layout of the book, and the colors that pop out, in the titles. Her discography is mind blowing, and it spells it all out for us, her fans! I have loved Diana Ross when she performed on TV with the Supremes on the Ed Sullivan show. Buying her albums, tapes and CD's was the bulk of my listening pleasure. I do hope that all Diana Ross fans enjoys this beautiful book, on a beautiful lady with such a lovely voice, who makes us smile! A big thank you to Ian Phillips for making writing such a special book that will be cherished for years to come!

As a long time fan of Diana Ross, I have read almost everything (I thought) written about her. This book includes stories I'd not heard before. That's a treat for any true fan.And the pictures! Most of them I have never seen before. That is very exciting for me.Additionally, the author's insights into her career are interesting food for thought and quite astute. He examines each album through every phase of her career from the earliest days with the Supremes through her last album of new material, I Love You.And that's what I would say to this book - I Love You!Thank you to the author for this magnificent tribute to my favorite recording and movie star.

By michael brady what a fantastic book, just perfect addition to a cuppa! the book is bright and fresh ! from front cover shot to the great back cover of the girls, its easy to read, love the big bold print , easier to read and to flick from chapter to chapter at whichever point of interest in Miss Ross's career! Its written best of all from a FAN! pure and simple & what I like is the 'fan' point of view, me being one of many thousands who have sat in the audience watching this world icon, therefore I love the photographs from all the fans who capture Miss Ross on stage throughout her career, and the sheer joy of the pictures, transport me back into the arenas of the world! The author has pulled of the rarity here being from a fans point of view and steered clear of all the here say! that fills the inches of gossip mags, no trivia 'did you know'? here just a strong bold factual account of a body of work , well done, now excuse me while I indulge myself into another chapter
