Make your own juices and smoothies By Denniger Bolton I'm slowly working my way through Vincent Noot, the author's 7 book series on Fat Loss, In this one Mr. Noot focuses on weight loss smoothies, juices, shakes and other drinks. I do drink a lot of juice and of course smoothies, but now I feel I can use thee formulas or recipes to create my own thus saving money and no having the worry of what's really in this bottle or juice I just bought. So far, I've tried the Healthy Carrot Pineapple Smoothie and the Pina Colada and going to try the Thai Mix Juice tomorrow which has coconut milk, ginger, carrots and apples.
