By Garrie I can't understand why this book says simple ways but it's a hundred of them, I guess you'll be stressed following all those. If it says simple then it should have only few ways for us to follow for an anxiety and stress-free living. However, this book has it all when it comes to alleviating stress and anxiety. It still boils down to live a healthy life, meaning, eat the right foods, drink lots of water, exercise daily, less alcohol and nicotine intake or eliminate them totally, less coffee, meditate, have sex more often laugh more, more walks, etc. Those I've done when it came to a point when I felt anxious and so stressed. Even though, I've already read more books like this one, still this book is totally different from the ones I've read because again, the author gives 100 ways and explained how to follow and keep those ways.

A personal experience about severe anxiety used to help other overcome is such a courageous act. I liked this book because I feel the author's sincerity and confidence in sharing how to use the power of mind to break out from anxiety from personal experience. 100 simple ways provided in this context were awesome!! Very easy to remember and understand and it's so realistic. This book suggested several proven methods and strategies like proper meditation, learning how to embrace insecurities and how to know our purpose. Knowing our perspective, being grateful and strong management of panic attacks were just some of these strategies. I learned that some people feel insecure because of other people's judgments. Learn to be patient, learn to forgive and be more organized, lessons I best learned from this book just to mention some.

The techniques and strategies given by the author did not require any expensive equipment or tools, it can be done only by using the power of our minds and in our homes. I really find this book very helpful. As for my personal experience, I used to have a problem sleeping at night but that was reduced when I started using guided hypnosis to get a deep sleep and relax, though this book suggested to listen to confidence hypnosis track, it gave me the idea to search for guided hypnosis online to address my sleeping issues and it really worked for me. I also find the topic about finding our purpose very interesting. This book is inspiring and a must read for busy individuals who are looking for practical ways to reduce their stress.
