This is one of the best autobiographies I have read in my life.Frank is brutally honest, holding nothing back. He takes you on a journey that you will most likely want to stop; but don't. Frank lives a daily struggle against his addictions and his book gives you an idea of what it is like to be an addict. Frank's book is for everyone because it is full of short stories; some will make you laugh, some will make you uncomfortable, and some will make you cry, but they are all real. There is a very good chance when you finish your journey with Frank, you will come out a different person.

By David Smith This is a very well-written story about a man and his struggles with a demon that has haunted him most of his adult life. The format is such that there is something for everyone. I have dealt with people that were addicted to alcohol and this would’ve been a wonderful tool to have had. He tells some fantastic stories; some will make you laugh, some will make you cringe, and some will make you cry. Join Frank on his journey to sobriety. It’s well worth the time!
